Neil Percival, Managing Director

Neil joined the family business “Percival Associates” in 1985 initially as an additional Sales person, but as the company developed its own range of products in 1990, Neil became the company’s first Quality Manager.

Neil became Managing Director in 1994 when his father passed away and he remains in that role today.  In his spare time Neil likes to play golf.

 

Tim Harrison, Sales Manager

Tim has nearly 30 years engineering and sales experience across a number of different industries from computer giants IBM to a specialist CNC machining company. 

Tim joined Percival Aviation in August 2005 and remains in that role today, managing a team of sales executives and support staff.  Tim lists travelling and sport among his many activities.

 

Chris Bench, Programme Manager

Chris has over 20 years of aircraft engineering experience, which started with an engineering apprenticeship at Monarch Aircraft Engineering, becoming an A&P engineer within the hangar.

Chris joined Percival Aviation in 2006 as part of the sales team.  In February 2009, Chris was promoted to Programme Manager.  Chris is a big fan of F1 motor racing.

 

Kevin Martin, Quality Manager

Kevin has over 25 years in the aerospace industry, starting with Trucast a subsidiary of Rolls Royce.  In 2000, Kevin joined Britten Norman Aircraft as a Quality Engineer, but within 12 months became Quality Manager, responsible for civil aircraft certification and overseas supplier control.

Kevin joined Percival Aviation in February 2009 as Quality Manager.  His favourite pastime is riding the country lanes of Hampshire on his motorbike.

 

Craig Challenor, Operations Manager

Craig joined Percival Aviation in 2000, after working as a Quality Technician for Lear Corporation supplying car seats to Jaguar cars.

In his time at Percival Aviation, Craig has held the positions of Trim Shop Supervisor, Quality Manager and Production Manager, before becoming Operations Manager.  Craig can often be found snowboarding on the slopes in the Alps.

 

Deborah Plant, Finance Manager

Deborah has worked at Percival Aviation since 2002 and has been working in finance for over 25 years for various retail, construction and service industries. 

Deborah joined Percival Aviation as Finance Assistant before progressing to Finance Manager.  In her spare time Deborah can often be seen supporting her rugby playing son.

 

Karen Percival, Resource Director

Karen joined Percival Aviation officially in 2007 when she left her career as a secondary school teacher in order to help her husband Neil in the family business. Karen has a varied background, she speaks 3 languages fluently having worked in France & Greece.

Her passion is Yoga, and she now runs a very successful Yoga Studio - www.birchtreeyoga.co.uk
