Safety and Quality Policy
The Organisation is committed to, and shall comply with, Human factors that recognise safety as a prime consideration at all times. Human Factor principles shall be applied that encourage personnel to report maintenance related errors and incidents. The Organisation and its personnel shall comply with procedures, quality standards, safety standards and regulations. The Organisation will ensure personnel recognise the need to co-operate with Quality Auditors.
The Organisation Management shall review the Quality Management System at planned intervals to ensure its continuing suitability, adequacy and effectiveness. This review shall assess changes to the business environment, the associated risks with those changes and to the products provided. It shall also consider any opportunities for improvement and the need for changes to the Quality Management System, including the Organisational Structure, Quality Policy and Objectives.
